COVID-19 UPDATE 16/07/2021:
As England moves into the next phase on the 19th July 2021, when most legal limits on social contact will be removed, we thought it prudent to update the clinic’s position at this time.
As a healthcare setting we have a legal and ethical duty of care to protect staff and patients, and to minimise any risk. Therefore, following guidance from our governing body and Public Health England, current PPE requirements will remain in place. All staff will wear appropriate PPE during your appointment, and we will require you to wear a face covering as well. Strict infection control measures will continue to be implemented.
Upon arrival at the clinic you should wait outside or in your car until your physiotherapist comes to get you. There will be hand sanitiser for you to use as you enter and exit the clinic. Where possible, you should attend the clinic alone.
There will be no toilet facilities for patients to use.
Payment should be made by card (contactless) or by BACS payment in the unlikely case that this isn’t possible. Cash will not be accepted.
It is absolutely essential that you cancel your appointment if you become unwell in any way.
